In line with our mission, we are thrilled to announce the continuation of our esteemed Dan Dulitz Scholarship Program for the year 2024. Established in 2020, this scholarship initiative aims to provide financial assistance and support to undergraduate fire students, equipping them with the resources they need to excel in their academic pursuits and contribute meaningfully to the field of fire safety.
Scholarship Details:
The Dan Dulitz Scholarship Program offers financial assistance ranging from $500 to $2,500 to deserving undergraduate fire students. In addition to direct financial support, the program also allocates funds for student conferences and national meeting opportunities, enabling recipients to expand their knowledge and network within the industry.
Selection Criteria:
We are committed to recognizing and supporting individuals who exhibit exceptional dedication, leadership, and passion for fire safety. As such, the following criteria will be considered during the selection process:

Scholarship Guidelines:
To be eligible for the Dan Dulitz Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Reside or attend school in San Luis Obispo County.
If currently enrolled in high school, applicants must be part of the graduating class and have plans to pursue higher education at a two- or four-year institution.
Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in high school or college.
Complete and submit a detailed scholarship application.
